the metro station was a short walk away. all historical sites were easy to reach by foot. the hotel kept the rooms clean with daily service. the staff were helpful .
the air conditioner defaults to 22 degc, i had to call reception to change it. i woke up sweaty as it switched to fan mode around 3 am. it was inconvenient to adjust the temperature.

Breakfast included a variety of foods. This provided sufficient options. the breakfast had decent options and was worth the price. i found suitable choices each morning.

The front desk offered luggage assistance. This helped with airport transfers. i got help locating a pharmacy that was open. the staff called a taxi for the airport. This was very helpful.

Rooms were recently renovated to a high standard. This. the reception operates twenty four hours. This provides constant assistance. the hotel offers wifi. This allowed for easy communication.

the location was excellent. it was very close to all the sites. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had some variation each morning, nice.
the ac could not be controlled from my room. it could only be controlled from reception. i had to phone down to switch it on or off, and choose the temperature. sometimes it worked, other times i had to call several times.

i stayed two nights because i found the staff very helpful. breakfast had bread, cakes, and croissants. the hotel is close to the metro station. it takes only a few minutes to walk there.
the bathroom was small. the wc was not separated. there was an odor of smoke. there was no drink kit with a boiler for coffee or tea.
